Today officially marks two years of being professionally independent as a musician and teacher. What a rollercoaster of emotions this has been. Balancing the "right" amount of work, while leaving space to let creativity flow, continues to be one of the biggest challenges I face. The last couple of years have been filled with a ton of questions, self-doubt, disappointment, heartbreak,... but also an equal (or higher!) amount of new discoveries, friendships, love, travel, gratitude,... No doubt 2024 will hold space for a whole new level of learning and navigating the ups and downs, and I couldn't be more thrilled about it.
I'm so excited to say that I've started working on recording my original music! As I write this, the first track is receiving its final production touches, and will soon be getting mixed and mastered.
